Richard Gianchetti is at the forefront of building premium retirement residences and is well-known for his work on La Noblesse.
Soon after construction was completed, the developer launched a new phase to keep up with increasing demand. The second phase included additional housing, as well as an indoor pool, a gym, a sauna, a 325-person reception room, a library, a craft room, a movie theatre, a billiard room, a patio café, a map room, a chapel and two outdoor terraces. These services were added to the existing facilities.
The third phase increased the living space to 321 suites, making La Noblesse Retirement Residence one of the largest and most comprehensive retirement communities in Quebec. An ultramodern ten-lane bowling alley is just the cherry on top.
La Noblesse’s prime location and high-quality services attracted so much attention that it underwent further renovations in 2005. To stay on the cutting-edge of technology, phase 4 included several upgrades such as a heat pump system, five-star telephone and internet services, as well as a two-storey parking garage with storage. In addition, the reception room was expanded to accommodate the increasing number of residents.
